Fresh concrete starts out lighter and weathers closer over time. We place the joint between old and new deliberately, so the extension looks designed rather than patched.
Do I need a Town of Gilbert permit?
Work on your own lot often doesn't need one, but changes to the curb cut, approach or public sidewalk usually require a right-of-way permit from the Town. We'll tell you during the site visit if your job touches the right-of-way.
How long will my driveway be out of use?
